SUMMARY:Family Fun Raceday 2026
DESCRIPTION:There’ll be entertainment for all ages at this fun\nFamily Raceday including activities for the youngest racegoers: inflatable games\, face painters and magic\, plus free ice-creams for the first 200 children to arrive. \nRemember: children aged 17 and under are admitted free of charge to all of Kelso’s fixtures\, as long as they are accompanied by an adult. \nThe six-race programme features the NSPCC School Service Handicap Chase (40k prize)\, won in the past by some of the most popular horses in the North including: Tommy’s Oscar\, Nuts Well and Simply Ned. \nKelso offers a single public enclosure so that all racegoers can get close to see the horses in the Parade Ring and Winners Enclosure\, as well as get a great view of the track. \nHospitality bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability. \nGetting here couldn’t be easier – there is plenty of free parking. Bus transfer tickets are available\, from both Tweedbank and Berwick-upon-Tweed train stations\, and can be booked in advance if you’d prefer to leave your car at home.
