Counselling with Gemma

A small private counselling practice offering 1:1 appointments for adults and young people over 12.

My name is Gemma, my counselling room is rurally located near Hume. I work from a pluralistic perspective, which means that I believe different people need different things at different times to help. I do not fully commit to one school of thinking when it comes to helping people with their struggles.

I firmly believe that you are the person who knows yourself best, even if you currently feel a little lost. Together we will create a bespoke way of working to help with your challenges.

I can listen, offer understanding and acceptance and work with you to find your next step.

Sessions are talk based, in person or online. I also offer creative methods and walk and talk in nature. Work can be short or long term depending on what suits your needs.
