Converted in 2019 by the current owners, Grooms Bothy is the ideal location for couples or a family to stay in the idyllic central Scottish Borders.

Located just 4 miles from the busy market town of Kelso providing amenities such as good food, cosy pubs and unique shopping opportunities in its wide cobbled streets, Grooms Bothy sleeps four comfortably.

The former stable building has a mostly open plan ground floor with a living room, breakfast area and kitchen. The spacious shower room is also located on the ground floor. Warmth and cosiness are running themes through this cosy abode, with underfloor heating on the ground floor and a modern efficient wood burner forming a central feature of the living space.

Grooms Bothy sits in the grounds of the former Nenthorn Manse which is now used as an equestrian facility. Stabling and use of the facilities can be organised for a small fee for guests wishing to travel with their own horse(s).
