Health for Life Spinal Wellness Centre are a team of expert practitioners utilising high standards of health care and a patient-centred approach to help you towards better spinal health and a fuller life!

Health for Life has been providing pain management & spinal care in Scotland for over 20 years. Our team includes chiropractors, physiotherapists, and sports massage therapists. We specialise in diagnosing and treating the causes of: back pain, neck pain, sciatica, migraines and headaches, pelvic pain, hip pain, shoulder pain, and many other conditions. We also prescribe and supply custom-made orthotic insoles.

Your Initial 30-minute Spinal Health Consultation at Health for Life is with a registered Doctor of Chiropractic and includes a systematic health review, a thorough spinal orthopaedic and postural exam, plus treatment/advice. If x-rays, MRI or blood testing are required, we can provide these services. At your follow-up visit you will receive a written report of the doctor’s findings, including a personalised prescription for treatment and self-care.

Health for Life is the recipient of the Royal College of Chiropractors’ award for Excellence in Patient Care for 2015-2021, and is registered with the General Chiropractic Council.
