Kersmains Country Cottages

A very warm welcome to Kersmains, our family farm with holiday cottages just a 5 minute drive from Kelso. We have two beautifully unique self catering cottages for you to choose from (both with hot tubs) and a vast array of amazing activities on the doorstep.

Whether you are looking for a dog friendly holiday cottage with space for the whole family, or a couple’s restful and romantic retreat, we have just what you need.

Both The Lodge and The Bothy are located right here on the farm, and our guests are always welcome to come and meet the animals. Some love to watch the combine at harvest time and others even lend a hand mucking out the stables and collecting the fresh eggs- just make sure to pack your wellies!

Kelso is just a short five minute drive from the farm with its’ quaint cobbled market square. The ancient Kelso abbey and independent shops make for a lovely day out. You can also walk along the riverside from the farm into Kelso and refresh with a well earned drink in one of the bars or cafes!
