Mill House is situated at the official end of the 268 mile Pennine Way Walk and the Middle point of St Cuthberts Way from Melrose to Holy Island which goes right past our front door.

Cycling in the Borders is an extremely popular outdoor pursuit and the Kelso area has many cycle routes, with the world class Glentress 7 Stanes Mountain Biking course under an hour away.

Our Bed and Breakfast is very much a family run concern, I do all check-ins and checkouts myself and my Husband David cooks your breakfast and makes the home made flapjack for your packed lunches.
